Brown rice kedgeree

This is a delicious and comforting way to use up a block of smoked fish.

Fry together in pan, gently for 10 mins;

Brown rice, cooked
Cumin
Turmeric
Garlic
Onion
Chilli
Garam masala

Mix through;

1/2 C cream

3 handfuls of cooked spinach

Smoked fish, flaked

Garnish with;

4 quartered boiled eggs

Coriander

Chili flakes or sriracha sauce
